How to use ultrasonic cleaning machines?

Operating instructions:
1. Inspection
Check if all connecting wires, including external power cables, are correct and if the inlet and outlet pipes are securely connected.
2. Adding liquid
Open the inlet valve to add liquid to the cleaning tank. The liquid level in the cleaning tank should be deep enough to reach the overflow port and maintain a liquid volume of>40cm in the tank body. During equipment operation, the liquid level should be checked frequently, and if there is a shortage of liquid, it should be replenished at any time. It is strictly prohibited to turn on heating or ultrasound when the liquid level is insufficient. The liquid should not contain corrosive components such as strong acids and alkalis.
3. Heating
Turn on the main power switch. Set the cleaning temperature to 55 ℃ and press "Heating stop".
4. Pretreatment
Before cleaning, it is advisable to use a bamboo knife to clean the dirt on the surface of the components (such as the dust cover on its outer surface, which will have a lot of dust, and the cylinder body parts will accumulate a lot of thick and easily removable oil sludge at the curve changes of its shell), in order to extend the service life of the cleaning solution. Ultrasound can perform precision cleaning, but its ability to treat mud like dirt is weak. Therefore, in pre-treatment, yellow mud or slime like dirt should be removed as much as possible.
5. Workpiece placement
Efforts should be made to evenly distribute the workpieces without overlapping them. The workpiece needs to be gently placed into the groove.
6. Cleaning
The material frame has been placed. The temperature is within the set range; Turn on the ultrasonic start switch for cleaning.
7. Picking up
After cleaning, press "Ultrasonic Stop" to stop the ultrasonic extraction of the workpiece. If there is secondary pollution, rinse with drinking water.
8. Shutdown
After completing the cleaning, stop all functions and then turn off the power switch. When not in use for a long time, the cleaning solution should be drained and the main power switch should be turned off.
