Instructions and general technical parameters of ultrasonic vibrating screen sorting system
1. Overview:
Ultrasonic screening system is a simple, practical and reliable screening system, is the most effective solution to the current mesh blockage. Can be widely used in pharmaceutical, metallurgy, chemical, mineral processing, food and other requirements of fine screening and filtration industry, with high screening accuracy, mesh is not blocked and other characteristics, really solve the agglomeration, static electricity, strong adsorption stuck mesh and other screening problems, is a major technical breakthrough in the domestic screening industry.
2. The structure:
Ultrasonic resonance power supply: 38KHz high frequency and high power ultrasonic resonance power supply. Built-in microcomputer chip, according to the different states of ultrasonic wave digital frequency automatic tracking, no manual adjustment, simple and convenient operation. Long time working oscillator low heat, stable working state.
High frequency connection line: a cable is used to connect the ultrasonic oscillator and the ultrasonic resonance power supply.
Connector: aviation connection plug-in.
Loscillator: high performance ultrasonic conversion device.
Ultrasonic network frame: it is composed of external network frame and resonance ring.
Screen: suitable for 10 ~635 mesh.
3. Basic working principle:
Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The high frequency electric oscillation generated by the ultrasonic resonant power supply is converted into high frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation wave by the oscillator. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonance ring to generate resonance, and then the vibration is evenly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonance ring. The material on the screen is doing low-frequency three-dimensional vibration at the same time, superimposed on the ultrasonic vibration, not only can prevent mesh clogging, but also can improve the output and quality of screening.
