Application Steps Of Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine in Vacuum Packaging

Ultrasonic plastic welding machine can quickly fuse plastic materials, so it is often used in the processing of various plastic products. After turning on the power of the ultrasonic plastic welder machine, select the power switch to point to the vacuum, and then operate according to the following steps:

1. Put the plastic bag into the vacuum chamber and put the bag mouth on the heat sealing device neatly.

2. Press down the cover and the vacuum indicator on the panel will light up. When the vacuum pump starts pumping air, the cover will be automatically sucked, so as to ensure the tightness of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the scale should be from low to high, and the range should be small. 3. When the vacuum degree reaches the specified standard, the pumping ends, the vacuum indicator goes out and the inflation indicator lights up. If there is no need to inflate, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator will go out.

3. When the heating sealing indicator light is on, the sealing procedure is entered. The panel of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment is equipped with heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knob to adapt to different thickness and thin material packaging materials. When adjusting the time and temperature, in order to prevent the sudden rise of wind heat temperature from affecting the welding quality of plastic packaging, the adjustment range should be small.

4. when the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes out and the heat sealing ends, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the machine cover is lifted automatically and the vacuum packaging process is completed, so as to prepare for the next packaging cycle.

The application of vacuum welding device is different from that of ordinary plastic packaging machine, so as to ensure the quality of vacuum welding device.
