1. Connect the ultrasonic wire and control wire between the welder and the frame, respectively.

3. Connect the air pipe of the external air source to the air filter of the welding machine.

4, the installation of ultrasonic triplet, the transducer is connected with the amplitude regulator, the amplitude regulator is connected with the welding head.

5. Align the teeth of the ultrasonic welding head with the bottom die, and adjust the level, finally lock the sleeve, and adjust the welding gap.

6, ultrasonic plastic welding machine should be installed in a strong, horizontal work table, the machine should be left behind more than 150mm space, to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation.
