The simple crack of ultrasonic mold is mainly caused by two major aspects:

1.Ultrasonic mold planning is not reasonable, manufacturing is not. The optimal frequency was not reached during frequency trimming, so the ultrasonic energy was not completely released during the application process, but most of it remained in the ultrasonic mold. In this way, the mold will show the phenomenon of poor welding and mold heating in application, and finally lead to mold fracture. Secondly, the master should manufacture according to the plan when manufacturing, and constantly trim the frequency to make the mold reach the best condition.

2.The material used to make the mold is too poor. The ultrasonic mold of the mold generally uses three kinds of raw materials: steel, magnesium aluminum alloy and titanium alloy. Magnesium aluminum alloy is slightly higher than other aluminum alloys in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good mechanical function and hardness. Steel mold and titanium alloy mold are relatively hard. Among the three raw materials, titanium alloy has the highest service life, hardly showing cracks, and is also the most expensive of the three in terms of price. However, some manufacturers do not use these three alloys to make molds for production costs, but choose inferior alloys with poor hardness, corrosion resistance and low melting point, which leads to the mold is easy to fracture. Therefore, when customizing the mold, we must choose a regular manufacturer, so that the quality of the mold can be guaranteed.
