②Bending vibration mode

③Longitudinal vibration system

According to the structure of the welding head, the longitudinal vibration system is divided into a half-wave welding head system and a full-wave welding head system.

Half-wave system, because the lateral pressure is easy to cause the welding head to warp, it is more difficult to apply when the power output exceeds 7000W;

The full-wave welding head system is a system formed because of high power and increased pressure at two nodes, but the longitudinal full-wave system is prone to mechanical interference, which is not ideal for application convenience and is highly dangerous for manual operation.
