1) Amplitude display:
Its function refers to whether the resonance between the ultrasonic vibrator and the steel die is appropriate. You can change the reading by turning the sonic adjustment knob. Generally adjusted to below 50.
2) Ammeter:
Indicates the working current of the ultrasonic wave. The state of resonance between the welding head and the system under no load is generally 0.4~0.6A, which varies according to the size of the output power. Under load, it depends on the pressing area and the complexity and size of the flower wheel, which is usually from 1.0~2.5A.
3) Power output:
Adjust the output power size to different file bits, ammeter reading will change.
4) Mold speed:
Adjust the speed of flower wheel. The greater the number of speed up, the faster the speed; Conversely, the speed decreases.
5) Lower mold speed:
Adjust ultrasonic steel die speed. The larger the digital speed; Conversely, the speed decreases.
6) Manual/automatic switch:
Hit the automatic gear, flower wheel and steel die automatic operation; Hit the manual switch, the operation of flower wheel and steel die is controlled by the pedal of the right foot, step down the pedal flower wheel and steel die start to work, release the pedal flower wheel and steel die stop running.
7) Overload indication:
If the red indicator is on, the device is overloaded. In this case, stop the Ultrasonic Laminating Machine immediately and check the cause before continuing to work.
8) Sonic adjustment:
Adjust the resonance state between ultrasonic vibrator and steel die. Turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise, the amplitude meter reading will change, as described before, the normal reading is generally within 50.
9) Sonic test:
Function is to test whether ultrasound is normal. Press the sound wave test switch for 1~2 seconds to see whether the overload indicator light is on and whether the amplitude meter and ammeter readings are in the normal range.
10) Power switch:
Control the power supply of the Ultrasonic Laminating Machine. The switch has a red indicator light, red light when opened.
