FAQ:
After ultrasonic welding, what should we do if the product finds rough edges or spills?
1. Reduce pressure and ultrasonic welding time (reduce strength standard)
2. Reduce the number of machine power segments or small power machines.
3. Reduce the expansion ratio of ultrasonic mold.
4. Use ultrasonic welding machine to fine tune, position and fix.
5. Modify the ultrasonic waveguide fuse.
After ultrasonic welding, how to adjust if the product size is unstable?
1. Increase the safety factor of welding (by welding time, pressure and power in sequence)
2. Enable the fine adjustment fixing screw (it should be able to be controlled to 0.02m/m)
3. Check whether the output energy of ultrasonic upper mode is sufficient (if not, increase the number of segments)
4. Check whether the fixture positioning and product bearing capacity are stable.
5. Modify the ultrasonic waveguide fuse.
