How Does The Ultrasonic Sieving Machine Screen Materials?

Working Principle of Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieves
Ultrasonic Vibration System: An ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency electrical signals (typically 20-40 kHz), which are converted into mechanical vibrations via a transducer. These vibrations are then transmitted to the sieve mesh through an ultrasonic resonance frame.
Screening Mechanism: The ultrasonic vibrations are superimposed onto the mechanical vibrations of the sieve machine, inducing high-frequency, low-amplitude oscillations in the sieve mesh. This causes the material to enter a micro-suspended state on the screen surface, significantly reducing friction and adhesion between particles and the mesh, thereby minimising the risk of mesh clogging.
Screening Efficiency: The high-frequency vibrations promote rapid stratification of material particles. Fine particles pass through the mesh, while coarse particles are retained, achieving precise and efficient separation.
