How To Improve The Screening Efficiency Of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screens For Fine Powders?
Apr 08, 2026
1. Clean the Screen Mesh Promptly:During the screening process, the screen mesh is prone to clogging or wear caused by the material; therefore, it is necessary to periodically halt operations for cleaning. Methods such as back-blowing or vibratory cleaning can be employed to remove trapped particles and impurities from the mesh, thereby restoring its permeability.
2. Inspect Equipment Components: Regularly inspect the various components of the screening equipment-such as the vibrating motor, springs, and other parts-to ensure the machinery remains in optimal operating condition. If any components are found to be damaged, replace them immediately to prevent any adverse effects on screening performance.
3. Add Screening Aids:Incorporating an appropriate amount of screening aids-such as talcum powder or magnesium stearate-into the powder material can effectively reduce inter-particle friction and adhesion. This enhances the flowability of the particles, thereby significantly improving the overall screening efficiency.
