How To Properly Check Your Ultrasonic Lace Machine Before Installation?

Dec 17, 2025

1. Unpack the equipment and inspect the surface and all parts of the ultrasonic lace machine for any signs of damage. Check whether screws are loose, electrical connections are secured, and all accessories are present.
2. Place the machine on a flat, hard surface. Ensure the ultrasonic lace machine is positioned at least 0.5 metres away from any heat source and that there is at least 1 metre of clear space in front and behind the machine, and at least 0.5 metre on each side, to allow for safe and convenient operation.
3. Verify the voltage requirement indicated on the label attached to the back of the generator box, and ensure the system is properly grounded.
4. Connect the machine to the power supply and air source, making sure the power switch is turned off beforehand. Note the machine's voltage specification: AC220V, 50–60 Hz.
5. Connect the air pipeline to a clean, lubricant-free compressed air source.
