1, Ultrasonic transducer damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. Generally, the insulation resistance is more than 30 megohm. If this insulation resistance is not achieved, it is likely that the transducer is damp. The maintenance method is to put the transducer as a whole (excluding the plastic-sprayed shell) into the oven set at about 100℃, dry for three hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal.
2, The ultrasonic transducer oscillator ignition, ceramic materials broken. Maintenance can be combined with the naked eye and megohm meter inspection. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, individual damaged transducers can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.
3. The ultrasonic cleaning transducer is degummed. We know that most manufacturers use adhesive way to fix the transducer, but the long-term use of ultrasonic cleaning machine due to vibration will appear degumming phenomenon. There are also manufacturers using cemented screw fastening way, in general, there will be no degumming, because of the role of the screw, the vibrator will not fall from the vibration surface after degumming, the general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the vibrator, carefully observe the vibration surface of the glue to make a judgment.
In general, the output power of ultrasonic generator power supply is normal after the degumming of ultrasonic vibrator, but because the vibrator is not well connected to the vibration surface, the vibration effect of the vibration surface is not good, and the energy cannot be released after a long time, it is likely to burn out the vibrator. Vibration degumming is more troublesome for users to maintain, generally can only be sent back to the manufacturer for maintenance treatment. The most effective way to avoid vibrator degumming is to pay attention to not hitting the vibration surface in ordinary use.
4, vibration surface perforation. General ultrasonic cleaning transducer with full load after several years of use may appear vibration surface perforation, this is due to the stainless steel plate vibration surface for a long time high-frequency vibration fatigue, vibration surface perforation shows that the service life of the transducer has arrived, maintenance can only be replaced in general.
