1. There is no ultrasonic wave. When the power switch is turned on, the switch will turn off automatically.

● Remove the load (sensor) and turn it on again. If the generator fan is running and the indicator light on the drive board is on, it indicates that the load is short circuited. Please check the load. If the switch is still turned off automatically when the load (sensor) is removed and the power is turned on, please conduct further detection.

● Open the machine cover and check whether the power switch is damaged and whether the fuse on the power amplifier board is burnt out. If it burns out, it indicates that the power tube has been damaged. Please replace the fuse, power tube and 22 Ω resistor, and check whether the bridge rectifier is burnt out. Generally, if the current drop is very small or does not drop at all, the sound is normal, and the ultrasonic intensity drops sharply, it may be that the adhesive of the transducer is broken. The judgment method is to observe the gluing condition of the connection between the sensor and the steel plate. Under normal circumstances, the surface should be smooth. If there is a small crack, it may be the glue cracking, so it is necessary to disassemble the sensor to re bond. If the current drops sharply, mainly check whether the wire is open or whether the sensor chip is broken.

● Generally, working voltage, cleaning object, water temperature and cleaning fluid type will affect the ultrasonic intensity. Especially when stirring violently, the ultrasonic wave will weaken and will not return to normal until dozens of seconds later.
