General ultrasonic welding machine has the following parameters can be adjusted:

A: Tuning knob on ultrasonic generator: this is the most critical adjustment knob of ultrasonic welder. The purpose of the adjustment is to make the frequency of the high voltage signal sent by the ultrasonic generator consistent with the mechanical resonance frequency of the transducer part. The method is to lightly touch the test switch, left and right fortify the knob, so that the load indicating the current is the minimum, you can complete the tuning step.

B: Amplitude: this knob is not available on some models. Its function is to achieve the purpose of high speed amplitude output by adjusting the output voltage of the generator.

C: Pneumatic part: including governor, air pressure adjustment knob. The governor is used to adjust the upper and lower speed of the cylinder. Air pressure adjustment knob regulates the working air pressure.

D: WELD TIME: used to adjust the TIME of ultrasonic emission. Generally, the WELD TIME of plastic parts is less than 0.6s, and generally more than 1.5s can be regarded as failed WELD (it can be regarded as insufficient amplitude or unreasonable design).

E: HOLD TIME: the HOLD TIME is equivalent to the curing TIME after processing plastic parts. Usually, if the plastic parts are fixed well, this TIME can not be considered. If the plastic parts have springs and other parts inside, the TIME should be adjusted accordingly.
