Why Does Ultrasonic Welding Machine Fail? What Are The Common Failures

2, open the power switch, the power indicator lights up, but there is no action, press the ultrasonic test button ultrasonic output. Cause: A. The five-core wire connecting the ultrasonic plastic welder machine base and the frame is open; B, machine program circuit board failure.
3, open the power switch, the power indicator lights up, but there is no action, press the ultrasonic test button no ultrasonic output. Reason: A, check whether the machine emergency stop switch is pressed; B, the power transformer 110V or 24V power supply is abnormal; C, machine program circuit board failure.
4. There is movement in the machine, but there is no ultrasonic output when pressing the ultrasonic test button and the working button. Cause: A. The 110V power supply of the power transformer is abnormal; B. The 110V power cord of the main board of the circuit falls off.
5. Press the test button and the machine can work normally, but press the work button and the machine does not move. Reasons: A, work switch damage; B. Open the five-core wire connecting the machine base and the frame.
6. When pressing the ultrasonic test button, the power load indicator value is greater than 20% and cannot be lowered by the tuner. Reasons: A, the ultrasonic transducer system failure; B. The power tube of the machine is burned down.
7. When welding, the overload indicator light is on, and the welding effect of welding parts is not ideal. Reasons: A, the machine working pressure adjustment is too large; B. The insertion weldment is too tight; C. The transducer system is faulty.
8. The welding effect of welding parts is not ideal, but the overload indicator light is not bright and the ultrasonic output is weak. Cause: A. The 24V power supply of the power transformer is abnormal, and the relay does not operate; B. The three-terminal regulator LM7824 on the machine program board is damaged.
9, the welding effect of welding parts is not ideal, press the ultrasonic test button to hear the noise. Cause: There was a problem with the ultrasonic transducer system assembly.
10. Turn on the power switch and hear a faint scream. Cause: 1-2 power tubes on the circuit board are burned.
11. During the working process, the welding head drops, but there is no ultrasonic output, and the welding head is no longer in place. Reasons: A, the ultrasonic plastic welding machine working pressure adjustment is too small; B. The triggering preset button of the machine is damaged or improperly adjusted; C, machine program board circuit board failure.
12. The ultrasonic output of the machine is normal, but the machine does not work. Reasons: A, compressor pump gas supply is not normal; B. The air path is blocked or the pneumatic component (solenoid valve, throttle valve or pressure regulating valve) is faulty.
13. The ultrasonic plastic welder machine and ultrasonic generator transducer system are normal, but the welding effect is not ideal. Observe the power load table when the machine is working, and the indicating value is less than 20%. Reasons: A. The falling stroke of the welding mold exceeds the allowable range of the equipment; B. Limit screw is not adjusted properly.
