Precautions

3. The selection of container capacity and shape should be coordinated with the size of the sample. The use of slender containers has the best crushing effect.
4. It is recommended to crush multiple times in a short time, the ultrasonic time should be within 5 seconds, and the interval should be less than 5 seconds.
5. The depth of the horn being wiped into the liquid level is between 10-15mm, and the distance between the end and the bottom of the container is greater than 30 mm. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the machine without liquid inserted into the end.
6. The transducer must be firmly fixed on the bracket to prevent it from sliding down from the pole. Do not hit the end of the horn to prevent deformation or damage.
7. When the crushing volume is less than 5ml, use a Φ2 horn. At this time, the insertion depth of the horn is about 1 mm, and the distance between the end and the bottom should not be less than 5 mm. The best ultrasonic time is between 0.5-1 seconds.
8. Rotate the power adjustment button to adjust the power. The power should be turned smaller to avoid overloading the horn and causing it to break. Never exceed the maximum power shown in the right window.
9. When an external signal fails or a protection indication occurs, the protection indicator light lights up and the instrument stops working, prompting the staff to eliminate the fault. After the fault is eliminated, press the protection reset button to resume normal operation.
