Embossing, fracture and scalding often occur when ultrasonic plastic welding machine is used to weld plastic parts. Here we summarize several solutions for your reference.

1. Reduce the pressure.

2. Reduce the delay time (vibration in advance).

3. Reduce welding time.

4. Cover with reference media (such as PE bags).

5. Surface treatment of mold fixture (hardening or chrome plating).

6. Reduce the number of machine sections or the expansion ratio of the upper die.

7. For products easy to crack or break, the fixture should be made into buffer, such as soft resin or covering cork (this item does not affect the welding strength).

8. Add R angle at right angle for products that are easy to break.
