Product Description:
The ultrasonic sealing welding machine is an advanced industrial solution widely used for bag manufacturing, garment lace welding, and packaging sealing applications. This innovative equipment features three core components: an intelligent ultrasonic generator, high-Q ultrasonic transducer, and a customizable alloy pattern wheel. Operating without preheating requirements, the machine enables continuous production with immediate start-up capability. Its unique design allows for simultaneous double-ribbon welding and embossing in non-woven bag production, significantly enhancing manufacturing efficiency while maintaining low operational costs. Compared to traditional manual processing methods, this ultrasonic system delivers dramatically improved productivity, offering manufacturers a reliable and cost-effective solution for high-volume textile and packaging production needs. The machine's precision welding technology ensures consistent quality output while eliminating the need for needles, threads or adhesives in the joining process.

FAQ:
Why is the welding effect of ultrasonic sealing welding machine not good?
1. The power of the ultrasonic generator is too low;
2. The ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer are not matched at the optimal point;
3. Low Q value of ultrasonic transducer;
4. The power supply voltage is unstable. If this situation occurs, the first thing to check is whether the voltage is stable. If the voltage is stable, it is due to poor quality electronic components used in the machine you purchased.
Why is it necessary to inspect the pattern wheel of ultrasonic lace machines?
The pattern wheel's engraving must remain sharp, with its hardness maintained between 50 to 55 on the Rockwell scale. Low-quality, worn, or rusted wheels should never be used, as they may compromise product quality or accelerate die wear due to improper pressure application.
How to inspect the pattern wheel of an ultrasonic lace machine?
1. Parallelism Check
The parallelism between the sonotrode face and pattern wheel must be regularly verified, with a tolerance of less than 0.02mm. Should measurements exceed this specification, immediate realignment is required prior to operation.
2. Surface Condition Assessment
If the sonotrode working surface exhibits wear or indentations causing poor fabric fusion:
Remove the sonotrode for resurfacing;
Only reinstall after achieving a perfectly flat contact plane.
Critical Note:
While repeated grinding is permissible to restore flatness:
The cumulative material removal must not exceed 2mm;
Beyond this threshold, frequency deviation and loss of hardened surface will necessitate sonotrode replacement.
