1. The whole welding surface shall be in uniform and close contact and kept on the same plane as far as possible. This shape allows uniform energy conduction, which is conducive to consistent and controllable welding effect and reduces the possibility of glue overflow.

2. Provide a method for making two welding surfaces of ultrasonic plastic spot welder uniform. The design of supporting plastic parts can use pins and jacks, ladders or grooves instead of fixed on the welding head or bottom mold to ensure accurate and stable alignment and avoid traces;

3. It is necessary to reduce the initial contact area of the two welding surfaces to reduce the total energy required for initial and subsequent complete melting, and reduce the contact time between the welded joint and the workpiece, so as to reduce traces and glue overflow.
