Single can ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning operation process:

 

1. Fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with running water, making sure the water level is higher than or equal to 3/4 of the height of the cleaning tank. Start electric heating and ultrasonic degassing at the same time. When the water temperature is about 40℃, the specified quantity of special ultrasonic cleaning agent is added. When the water temperature reaches 55-60℃, start cleaning the parts.

2. Disassemble the parts to be cleaned as much as possible, and use high-pressure water gun, steel wire brush, blade and other tools to manually assist the pretreatment of mud, heavy oil dirt and carbon on the workpiece surface, in order to ensure the service life of cleaning liquid and cleaning speed and effect.

3. Place the parts to be cleaned in the cleaning tank, do not overlap, to ensure that the parts are completely immersed in the cleaning solution.

4. Open the ultrasonic, generally regular cleaning 40-60 minutes, after cleaning, turn off the ultrasonic, take out the parts for post-processing.

5. Use a high-pressure water gun to remove residues on the surface of parts, and use an air compression gun to remove residues in the channel. Parts requiring rust prevention should be treated separately. In order to improve the cleaning effect, the cleaning time of parts in the cleaning solution can be appropriately extended as time permits. In the actual operation process, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, the disassembly cleaning process can be adopted.
