1. Frequency related: the lower the frequency, the more obvious the cavitation effect will be, but the noise will also be relatively high, which is generally applicable to objects with relatively flat surfaces. The higher the frequency is, the weaker the effect will be, but the noise is relatively low. It is suitable for objects with many micropores and blind holes, such as clock parts, electronic crystals and other objects with complex shapes. For the cleaning of small clearance, deep hole and slit parts, it is better to use high frequency ultrasonic cleaner (generally above 40kHz), even hundreds of kHz.
2. It is related to the power selection: many people think that the higher the power is, the cleaner the cleaning will be. Others think that the longer the cleaning time is, the cleaner the cleaning will be. In fact, this is a wrong point of view. You should know that the ultrasonic cleaning effect is not necessarily related to (power × Cleaning time) is proportional. Sometimes it takes a long time to clean the dirt with a small power cleaner. At a certain power value, dirt can sometimes be removed quickly. If the power is too large, the cavitation strength will be greatly increased, and the efficiency of cleaning will be improved. However, if the parts are cleaned with more precision, corrosion spots will be generated, and the damage to the parts will not pay off. Therefore, for the cleaning objects that have not been touched or experienced, we usually ask the customer to send some cleaning objects for free to do experiments to obtain and match the appropriate parameter configuration, and configure the ultrasonic power according to the actual experimental situation.
3. Temperature related: Clean simple dirt, such as surface dust. The temperature requirement is not high, so you can add some temperature for cleaning; If the dirt is greasy, the medium temperature of about 50 ℃ is generally the best.
4. It is related to the cleaning basket used: when cleaning some parts and articles, the cleaning basket is often used. As the mesh factor may cause ultrasonic attenuation, special attention should be paid. For example, when the frequency is 28 khz, it is better to use a mesh of more than 10 mm.
5. Related to cleaning solution: special chemical dirt should be cleaned by matching cleaning solution. Generally, the lower the viscosity of the cleaning solution, the better the cleaning effect.
6. It is related to the position of the object to be cleaned and the depth of the cleaning solution: generally, the liquid level of the cleaning solution is two thirds of the height of the ultrasonic cleaning machine slot, and it is better if the object is not cleaned. Due to the influence of standing wave field on the single frequency ultrasonic cleaning equipment, the amplitude at the wave node will be very small, and the amplitude at the wave amplitude will cause uneven ultrasonic cleaning. Therefore, the best place for cleaning should be at the wave amplitude.
