We are offering sonic plastic bonding machine that could bring a beautiful and high efficiency welding. Supersonic plastic bonding machine transmit ultrasonic energy through welding parts to welding area, local high temperature will happene due to high acoustic resistance between two welding interface places. In addition, because the heat cannot spread in time, the heat gathered in the welding area will spread rapidly, and the two parts of the contact area will fuse, plus a certain pressure, so that the fusion becomes one. When the ultrasonic stops working and maintains the pressure to maintain solidification, a strong molecular chain is finally formed to achieve the purpose of welding. The welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material body.
