Installation of ultrasonic transducer vibration system.
Transducer is the most important part of ultrasonic welding machine, which can be simply used as the heart of ultrasonic welding machine, so the installation of ultrasonic transducer is a word "stable".
1. Connect the power supply to the ultrasonic transducer, put it into the card slot, and lock the front cover at the same time, so as to prevent the die from sliding during the installation of the die, resulting in the die not being tightened.
2. Install the ultrasonic upper welding mold on the luffing rod (vibrator, i.e. transducer plus luffing rod, transducer on the top, luffing rod on the bottom, and the luffing rod is connected with the upper mold). During installation, the upper mold must be tightened. Loosen the front cover after tightening the upper mold, and lock the front cover after straightening the direction of the mold.
3. Next, we are going to start the product alignment. First, we change the welding mode to manual (the ultrasonic intelligent electric box can be found in the parameter setting in the man-machine screen, and the old electric box has a manual switch), and then long press the start button on both sides of the base to press the product tightly (if the product cannot be molded, please loosen the lock grip on the right side of the equipment, and reduce the body height or adjust the limit device.) After the upper mold is installed, we also need to contact the upper mold with the working platform through the manual mode to observe whether there is a gap between the working platform and the upper mold and whether the level needs to be adjusted (the workbench has the level adjustment function, which can be adjusted through the four level adjustment nuts under the workbench).
4.Then we start to fix the bottom film and repeat the action in the previous step. In the manual welding mode, lower the alignment position, press the bottom film, lock the fixing clip, and then stop and pick up.
