This is a high frequency ultrasonic rubber cutter machine with a tool vibration frequency of 40 kHz (40000 vibrations per second) with an amplitude of 30 microns. The function of ultrasonic high-speed micro vibration can be brought into full play by it. It has a wide material cutting range and can cut newly developed composite materials, rubber and leather. It has the advantages of low processing pressure, sharp blade, small cutting surface and less chips. The circuit is controlled by the power supply, and the heating of the engine is restrained by the cooling air inlet developed by us. The sensor is even suitable for large amplitude, so it can be used continuously.
