What Are The Advantages Of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Compared To Traditional Vibrating Screen?
May 15, 2025
1. Strong anti blocking ability
The high-frequency micro vibration of the ultrasonic system (usually 28kHz-40kHz) generates secondary high-frequency waves on the screen, effectively breaking the surface tension of the material and preventing fine particles (especially<400 mesh/20 μ m powder) from adhering and blocking the screen. Traditional vibrating screens cannot solve this problem solely by mechanical vibration.
2. Suitable for ultrafine powders
It can screen lightweight powders (such as titanium dioxide and graphene), high electrostatic powders (such as nylon powder), high-density powders (such as tungsten powder) that are difficult to process with traditional equipment, with a screening accuracy of up to 1 μ m.
3. Increase the screening rate by 20% -300%
The high-frequency vibration of ultrasound makes it easier for particles to pass through the mesh, especially for viscous and easily agglomerated materials such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts and nanomaterials. Traditional screening may require multiple repeated screenings.
