Application of ultrasonic transducer with different frequency


A. The frequency of the ultrasonic transducer is inversely proportional to the wavelength, which is related to the diameter of the cavity (strictly speaking, it is caused by the long nucleation time with low frequency), while the diameter of the cavity is related to the explosion pressure. Generally, the higher the frequency, the smaller the wavelength, the smaller the cavity diameter, the lower the explosion pressure, but the higher the cavity density, the better the permeability.

When the dirt of the cleaned object is heavy or difficult to be cleaned, and the explosion impact does little damage to the surface of the cleaned object, low-frequency series of transducers should be selected. Commonly used industries are: magnetic industry, auto protection industry, textile industry and so on. Note that the noise of this series is large, and it is better to do sound insulation treatment.


C. If the dirt of the cleaned object is slightly heavy or the cleaning difficulty is moderate, and the explosion impact does little damage to the surface of the cleaned object, the mid-frequency series transducer should be selected. This series of industry is most widely used, common are: machining industry, electroplating industry, catering industry, etc.


D. When the dirt of the cleaned object is light and easy to clean, or there is a requirement for the damage of the surface of the cleaned object caused by the explosion shock, middle-high frequency series of transducers should be selected. Commonly used industries are: precision parts, glasses, electronic components, circuit boards, etc.;


E. The dirt of the cleaned object is very light and easy to clean. When it is required that there is no damage to the surface of the cleaned object caused by the explosion shock, high-frequency series of transducers should be selected. Commonly used industries are: semiconductor, special high precision parts and so on.
