Installation procedure:
A: Connect the three cables on the rack to the sockets of the base and generator respectively, and tighten them.

E: Connect the air source and power source, and connect the ground wire.

A: Before tuning, make sure that the welding head and the secondary rod must be locked tightly. When tuning, do not touch other objects with the welding head.
B: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light is on.
C: Press the ultrasonic test switch, and look at the load meter, (if the ammeter pointer exceeds 30% or exceeds 2A, the time to press the ultrasonic test switch is very short), adjust the tuning inductance, and rotate left and right until the load meter is in the minimum position , Usually between 5%-15% or 300MA-900MA.
D: Because the ultrasonic plastic welder is equipped with a card slot, the adjustment range of the tuning inductance is only 360 degrees. If the frequency of the welding head is far from 20KHZ or 15KHZ, you need to open the cover and remove the fixed position for adjustment.
