Precautions for using ultrasonic sensor of welding machine
1. The frequency of ultrasonic transducer, ultrasound horn and ultra sonic tool head shall be matched. Generally speaking, the frequency of ultrasonic horn and ultrasound tool head shall be slightly lower than that of sensor; The connection surface shall be vertical and flat
2. The electrode of ultrasonic transducer shall be reliably welded and covered with damping glue;
3. The temperature of ultrasonic transducer shall be lower than 60 ℃, and the input power shall be lower than the rated power.
