2. If the no-load test is abnormal, first observe whether the welding head has cracks and whether the installation is firm, then remove the welding head and then conduct the no-load test, eliminate whether there is a problem with the transducer + horn, and eliminate it step by step. After eliminating the possibility of failure of the transducer + horn, replace the new welding head to judge.

3. Sometimes, the no-load test is normal, but it can not work normally. It may be that the internal changes of sound energy components such as welding head lead to poor sound energy transmission. Here is a relatively simple judgment method: hand touch method. When the surface of the welding head or luffing rod works normally, the amplitude is very uniform, and it feels silky and smooth by hand. When the sound energy transmission is not smooth, there will be bubbles or burrs by hand. At this time, the elimination method should be adopted to eliminate the problematic parts.

When the generator is abnormal, the same situation can also occur, because normally, the input waveform of the transducer should be a smooth sine wave when detecting the input waveform. This phenomenon can also occur when there are spikes or abnormal waveforms on the sine wave. At this time, another whole branch of sound energy element can be used for identification.
