1. Ensure that the cleaned parts are completely immersed in the liquid.
2. For maximum cleaning (using the basket), the basket should not touch the side or base of the water tank.
3. Check whether the temperature of cleaning fluid is correct.
4. Check whether the mixing proportion of cleaning solution is correct.
5. If you live in a hard water area, we recommend using deionized, demineralised or distilled water, because calcium carbonate and other impurities in tap water will reduce the cleaning performance of the solution and produce adverse side effects, such as lime scale deposits. If you live in a soft water area, tap water should be OK.
