FAQ:
What should I do when the generator of the Handheld Ultrasonic Welding Machine sends out the overload alarm?
1. In the no-load test, if the working current is normal, the welding head may contact objects that should not be contacted, or the parameter adjustment between the welding head and the welding seat may fail.
2. When the no-load test is abnormal, first observe whether the welding head has cracks or whether the installation is firm, then to remove the ultrasonic welding head, and conduct the no-load test again to check whether there is a problem between the ultrasonic sensor + ultrasonic horn. After troubleshooting the possibility of ultrasonic sensor + ultrasonic horn failure, please replace the welding head with a new one for judgment.
