How To Prevent Rust From Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine?

Aug 27, 2025

1. Choose rust proof materials
1) 304 stainless steel: has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for most cleaning environments.
2) 316 stainless steel: containing molybdenum element, with stronger corrosion resistance, especially suitable for high salt or strong acid alkali environments, such as coastal areas or chemical industries.
3) Titanium alloy: suitable for extreme corrosive environments such as strong acid and alkali cleaning, but with higher costs.
4) Galvanized steel plate: economical and suitable for equipment with limited budget, but its long-term rust prevention effect is not as good as stainless steel.

2. Adopting coating technology
1) Epoxy resin coating: suitable for industrial grade cleaning machines, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.
2) Nano coating: forms a dense protective film, enhances wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-precision equipment.
3) Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating: It has excellent chemical resistance and non adhesiveness, and is suitable for equipment that frequently comes into contact with corrosive liquids.

3. Daily maintenance work
1) After each use, thoroughly remove any residual liquid from the cleaning tank and wipe the surface of the equipment with a dry cloth to avoid moisture retention.
2) When not in use for a long time, rust inhibitor can be placed in the groove or rust proof oil can be applied.
3) Regularly inspect the surface of stainless steel for scratches or coating peeling, and promptly repair to avoid further corrosion.
4) Focus on inspecting rusty parts such as screws and joints, and apply anti rust lubricant if necessary.
5) Keep the storage environment of the equipment dry, and use a dehumidifier or air conditioner when the humidity is high.
6) Avoid prolonged exposure of equipment to corrosive gases or high salt air.
