Q：Can PC plastic materials be sealed with ultrasonic LED bulb welding machine?
Whether ultrasonic can seal PC products well depends mainly on the structural design of ultrasonic welding line and the control of injection molding deformation. Usually, the lamp shell will be stressed after injection molding, and then welded to ensure the sealing performance of LED lamp after welding.
Q：What if the product size changes after ultrasonic welding?
If the size difference before and after welding is too large, the tightness of the tooling should be considered. Generally speaking, we believe that the increase in the total length and width of the weldment is due to the loose tooling base. If the tooling base is too tight, the total length and width become shorter after welding.
In addition, excessive pressure drop of the welding head will also aggravate the deformation. Therefore, no matter what kind of deformation, first reduce the welding pressure to an appropriate value. If the size is too large after welding, paste some thin tin paper at the limit of the tooling base to tighten the positioning. If the size is too small after welding, please loosen the fastening position of the tooling, and do not pad thick film during welding.
Finally, due to the use of ultrasonic welding device, many people will adjust the pressure very frequently and spend a long time when debugging the ultrasonic LED bulb welding machine, because they are worried that the welding is not firm, which will only aggravate the deformation of the product. The solution is to use a high-power ultrasonic welder with high power and strong amplitude. The welding pressure is small, the welding time is short, and the product will not deform.
