Comparison of difference of piezoelectric wafers:

1). The yellow chip is P8 series (classified according to the national ministry standard) high-power piezoelectric ceramic material, which has the advantages of low calorific value, small loss of strong field and good thermal stability. It is generally suitable for high-power ultrasonic emission, such as ultrasonic welding and high-power cleaning.

2). The black chip is P4 series piezoelectric ceramic material, which has the advantages of high dielectric constant and high electromechanical coupling coefficient. It is generally suitable for medium-power ultrasonic applications.

3). Compared with the traditional P4 series, the black chip adopted by our company has the advantages of high thermal stability, high Curie temperature (Tc=350℃) and high mechanical and electrical quality factors.
