Why Doesn't The Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Vibrate?
Sep 05, 2025
1. Troubleshooting of power supply issues
Common reasons:
Poor contact or detachment of power plug;
The power switch is damaged;
The fuse is blown;
The power cord is internally broken.
resolvent:
Check if the power connection is secure, unplug and test the machine again;
Use a multimeter to check if the voltage of the power socket is normal (220V ± 10%);
Check the equipment fuse and replace it with a fuse of the same specification if necessary;
Check for visible damage to the power cord and replace it if necessary.
2. Ultrasonic generator malfunction
Common reasons:
The internal components of the ultrasonic generator are aging;
Circuit board burned out;
Power regulator malfunction;
Poor heat dissipation leads to overheating protection.
resolvent:
Check if the ultrasonic generator indicator light is on normally;
Listen for any abnormal sounds (such as buzzing) from the ultrasonic generator;
Ensure that the heat dissipation holes of the ultrasonic generator are unobstructed;
Professional maintenance personnel check the output frequency and power.
3. Ultrasonic transducer issues
Common reasons:
Ultrasonic transducer aging or damage;
The connecting wire of the ultrasonic transducer is loose or detached;
Ultrasonic transducer and cleaning tank are detached;
The ultrasonic transducer was immersed in water, causing a short circuit.
resolvent:
Check if the connection wire of the ultrasonic transducer is secure;
Observe whether there are cracks or damage on the surface of the ultrasonic transducer;
Gently tap the ultrasonic transducer and listen to the sound to determine if it is normal (a crisp sound should be emitted if normal);
Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of ultrasonic transducers.
