1. Welding head
(1) First clean the transducer, welding head and welding head screw with alcohol or gasoline, then apply a thin layer of yellow grease on the joint surface of the welding head screw, transducer and welding head, and then lock the welding head screw on the welding head. Note: if the joint surface of transducer and welding head is damaged, the transmission efficiency of vibration will decrease, and it should be carefully maintained
(2) Then tighten 4 horizontal adjusting screws of welding head and fix the transducer at the middle of its rotation range.
(3) Screw the welding head into the transducer by hand until it cannot rotate.
(4) Use the welding head locking wrench to tighten the welding head (about 300kg/cm torque). At this time, pay special attention not to let the transducer rotate to prevent the rotating tip from being broken. (if rotation is found, the 4 horizontal adjusting screws of welding head shall be tightened more.).
2. Welding head adjustment
(1) Adjustment preparation:
① Turn on the air pressure source and adjust the pressure to 2kg/c ㎡.
② Turn on the main power switch on the vibration generator box, and the power indicator is on.
(2) Welding head direction adjustment:
Loosen the 4 horizontal adjusting screws, align the orientation of the welding head with the work object, and then press the lifting switch of the machine body to make the welding head press the work object.
(3) Horizontal adjustment of welding head:
Gently tap around the welding head to make it consistent with the working object, and then fix an average of 4 horizontal adjustment screws.
(4) Height adjustment of welding head:
If the welding of the work object needs to be prepared for the high and low, adjust the lowest adjusting screw to push it at the most appropriate position of the lifting cylinder after welding.
(5) Welding preparation:
Set the number of output sections at appropriate positions according to the conditions of the working objects. (try to maintain the service life from the low segment number) press the sound wave inspection switch, and turn the sound wave adjustment screw to make the indication of the amplitude meter at the lowest scale. Note: press the acoustic inspection switch, and press it for three seconds to stop the one second intermittent mode, so as to maintain the service life of the vibrator.
