1、 Pneumatic system:

Often check the wear degree of the ultrasonic welding head, and pay attention to the change scale of the voltmeter and ammeter pointer on the ultrasonic electric box.

3、 Transmission system

The transmission system includes motor, gear, reducer, sprocket, chain, conveyor belt and other components. We should check whether the motor has dust and other things attached to it, which will affect the heat dissipation, whether the gears and sprockets are oiled. If there are attachments, they should be cleaned up. Whether the tightness of the chain is appropriate, whether there are foreign objects not cleaned up, whether the connecting screws between the transmission parts are loose, and whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is enough, Usually, the machine needs to change the lubricating oil every 1000-1500 hours.

4、 Electrical system

Check whether the connectors of the equipment circuits of the respirator are loose, whether the main power lines and branch signal lines are worn and aged, whether the electrical materials are loose, whether the electrical box is kept in a dry environment, and whether the exhaust fan works normally.

5、 Appearance

Masks are used to wear on the face, and medical masks need to enter the operating room. Therefore, the production of masks must require the clean and tidy cleaning of mask machines and equipment. At work every day, it is necessary to arrange personnel to clean the worktops and disks of mask machines and equipment after power off. 6、 Rust prevention

The equipment shall not be adhered with corrosive liquids and objects. Perspiration may easily lead to rust of equipment parts. If the equipment does not operate for a long time, it is necessary to apply anti rust oil to the transmission system and rusty parts of the mask.
