1) Improvement of ultrasonic welding fixture
Ultrasonic welding fixture plays a key role in accurate positioning and installation. For products with complicated three-dimensional inclined surface and high processing accuracy, there are high requirements for the processing accuracy of ultrasonic fixture. When the welding fixture does not conform to the angle of view or inclination of the product to be welded, it is easy to cause deformation of the product after welding. Generally, the raw material of the fixture is aluminum alloy profile. After the fixture is produced and processed according to the model of the product to be welded, the resonance frequency of the fixture must be changed according to the adjustment, so that the actual welding effect is better when the frequency is matched with the ultrasonic welding machine.
2) Adjust ultrasonic welding standard
The standard of ultrasonic work refers to the setting of equipment power, working pressure, welding time, hardening time, time delay and other elements. According to the standard of lifting ultrasonic work, ideal actual welding effect can usually be obtained. When carrying out ultrasonic welding, if the pressure is high and the cylinder reduces the buffer too quickly, it is easy to flatten the ultrasonic welding line. Although the product seems to have been sealed, the welding line has been squeezed and sunken, losing the actual welding effect, resulting in forced welding of plastic parts face to face, rather than the guided welding of triangular points, resulting in a welding illusion.
3) Lifting ultrasonic welding line
The design of the product welding line is unscientific. The product moves due to the working pressure during the whole process of ultrasonic welding, which leads to product deviation. Or, the welding line is likely to have no problem in the design scheme, but due to the insufficient machining accuracy of the welding line position, it is likely to have such problems due to different specifications. Therefore, at least the symmetry and height of welding line shall be consistent during mold manufacturing.
