In the specific manufacturing of ultrasonic welding, especially for the high-quality consumer appliances that are specified for the appearance and characteristics of mobile phones, the quality is still a difficult problem to manipulate. After summarizing the past experience, it is found that some quality problems are generally easy to cause: low compressive strength, scars or cracks on the surface of the product, bending deformation or self color of the product, damage of internal parts of the product or deviation and deformation due to extrusion, burr of the product, the specification of the product after welding cannot be controlled within the dimensional tolerance, product deviation, and the water vapor sealing function cannot be achieved after ultrasonic welding.
