Ultrasonic Filter Cleaning Machine mainly consists of eight major components, including an ultrasonic generator, a transducer, and other auxiliary systems.

1. The generator is one of the important accessories relative to the machine itself. The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electricity into high-frequency electrical signals above 28KHZ, which are transmitted to the transducer through cables. A general ultrasonic transducer is fixed on the bottom plate of a cleaning tank, which is filled with liquid. When a high-frequency voltage is applied to the transducer, its piezoelectric ceramic components generate longitudinal vibration under the action of an electric field.

2. An ultrasonic transducer (also known as a sound head) is a high-efficiency transducer that can convert electrical energy into strong ultrasonic vibration. When generating ultrasonic vibration, it feels like a small piston with a very small amplitude, only a few micrometers. But this vibration acceleration is very large (tens to thousands of times); There are many transducers on the groove, and when the same frequency and phase of electrical energy is applied, a huge piston is synthesized for reciprocating vibration. This vibration phenomenon is commonly known as ultrasound.

3. Heating and temperature control system: The heater adopts cast aluminum heating plates, which are acid and alkali-resistant and have a long service life. The purpose of heating is to heat the cleaning agent to increase the washing effect of the cleaning machine. The temperature is automatically controlled and can be adjusted freely within an appropriate range.

4. Cleaning tank: The cleaning tank is made of SU304 stainless steel and welded by argon arc welding. The tank body is equipped with a slag discharge inspection port, insulation, and sound insulation layer, etc.

5. Tank liquid circulation filtration system: There is a filter in this system that dynamically filters the tank liquid to maintain its cleanliness. When the workpiece is out of the groove, the filtered liquid flows through the spray section on the upper part of the groove to flush the workpiece once, in order to flush it out of the groove and avoid contaminating the next groove liquid.

6. Conveyor system: Determine the conveying and control mode of the ultrasonic cleaning machine based on the shape, volume, batch size, etc. of the cleaned workpiece. Typical conveying methods include suspended chain, mesh belt, double chain, stepper, electric hoist, self-propelled hoist, drum, turntable, gantry frame, mechanical arm, hanging basket, push plate, etc.

7. Spray rinsing system: Based on the surface condition of the cleaned workpiece, some cleaning machines are equipped with a spray rinsing process, which organically combines ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning.

8. Drying system: Some cleaning machines are equipped with a drying system based on the condition of the cleaned workpiece. The drying system mainly consists of a heater, fan, blowing nozzle, etc., with automatic temperature control.
