The Difference Between Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines And High-pressure Spray Cleaning Machines

May 12, 2023

The ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound to form a huge impact on the surrounding of the workpiece, causing the dirt on the surface and gaps of the workpiece to quickly peel off, thereby achieving the goal of purifying the surface of the workpiece. This cleaning method makes the cleaning of complex, curved, and small workpieces convenient and feasible, and can easily achieve automated operations.

The high-pressure spray cleaning machine mainly relies on increasing the water pressure to spray the surface of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of removing dirt. The general spray cleaning pressure is between 0.3-0.6 MPa. This method is simple to implement, easy to operate, and has good results. It is suitable for workpieces with flat surfaces, but it is not easy to achieve the cleaning purpose for areas where spray water is difficult to reach, such as deep holes and blind holes.
