The bonded materials run continuously between the ultrasonic generator "horn" and the roller, and are bonded together under a low static force. A frequency converter converts electricity into high-frequency electricity, which is then converted into ultrasonic vibrators and finally into vibration energy. An amplification system (enhancer) amplifies this vibration energy and transmits it to the horn. The acoustic tool immediately comes into contact with the material to be bonded. These superauditory frequencies cause mechanical pressures between material molecules, release heat, break molecular bonds in the material, cause melting of the material at the bonding point, and then use mechanical pressures to glue two or more layers of material together.


Compared with the traditional needle-type wire suture, ultrasonic bonding, needle-free, eliminating thread changing process, no broken thread joint of traditional suture, but also clean local shearing and sealing of non-woven fabric. The working speed is fast, the sealing edge does not crack, does not hurt the edge of the cloth, and does not have the phenomenon of burrs and curls.
