Common problems of high frequency ultrasonic transducer

1. When the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, the plug connected to the transducer can be checked with a megohmmeter. The basic situation can be determined by checking the insulation resistance. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohm. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, the sensor is usually damp. You can put the sensor (excluding the plastic sprayed shell) into the oven and set it to dry at about 100 ℃ for 3 hours, or use a blower to dry until the resistance value is normal.

2. When the ultrasonic transducer oscillator ignites and the ceramic material is damaged, visual inspection and megger inspection can be combined. General emergency treatment measures can separate the damaged oscillator without affecting the normal use of other oscillators.
