The ultrasonic inspection screening system is a simple, practical and reliable screening system, and is the most effective solution to the current mesh blockage. Working principle: The ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic vibration power supply, HF connecting cable, transducer and resonator. The high-frequency electricity generated by the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is converted into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal vibration waves through the transducer. These vibration waves are transmitted to the resonator to make the resonator resonate, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator. The materials on the screen are subject to low-frequency three-dimensional vibration and ultrasonic vibration, which can not only prevent mesh plugging, but also improve screening output and accuracy.
Precautions for use
● When the grid is not loaded, do not turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen. Otherwise, it is easy to cause over-current of power supply and damage of grid frame and transducer
● If the material is conductive, please use the extended ultrasonic HF connecting cable to isolate the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen from the screening site to prevent the material from entering the power box and causing a short circuit.
● It is recommended to use 504 glue for pasting the screen, the screen glue should be as thin as possible, and the mesh tension should be uniform (if necessary, the tension meter can be used to monitor the mesh tension).
