The Ultrasonic Gown Sewing Machine is composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic cutter head, flower wheel, motor, speed regulation system and mechanical transmission.
Its working principle is as follows: when the ultrasonic generator supplies power to the transducer, the vibration of the transducer is amplified by the two-stage amplitude of the horn and the tool head, and the ultrasonic acts on the thermoplastic chemical fiber cloth, PP non-woven cloth, nylon, talon, PE cloth, etc.). Under the pressure of the flower wheel with blade, the flower wheel and cutter head are driven by the motor and mechanical transmission part, and rotate through ultrasonic cutting and welding patterns to form beautiful lace. When two pieces of chemical fiber cloth are used, they can be welded under the action of ultrasonic wave to form wireless suture (please note that pure cotton fabric and silk fabric cannot be welded. They do not have thermoplastic material properties).
