What Causes Malfunctions in The Generator Of An Ultrasonic Screening System?

Sep 03, 2026

1. No display upon startup; ultrasonic function fails to activate
Causes:
Abnormal 220V power supply or broken power cord
Blown fuse
Damaged power switch or mainboard
Solutions: Check supply voltage; disconnect power and replace with a fuse of the same specifications; if wiring is intact, return the unit to the factory for mainboard inspection/repair.

2. Generator alarms, displays error code (E1), and beeps continuously; no ultrasonic vibration on the screen surface
Causes:
Loose or broken aviation connector cable
Short circuit caused by moisture or conductive dust in the plug (insulation resistance <1MΩ)
Transducer short circuit or load fault triggering protection
Solutions: Disconnect power and inspect plug/cables; dry out any damp connectors; if cables are intact but the fault persists, the transducer is likely damaged.

3. Generator frequently triggers overheat protection and shuts down automatically
Causes:
Prolonged operation at full load
Blocked cooling fan or excessive dust accumulation
Transducer aging leading to increased load
Solutions: Clean cooling vents; reduce power output or operate intermittently; inspect transducer load.
