Ultrasonic reactors and processor components mainly have three parts: ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, and ultrasonic rod horn. And it is used to produce ultrasonic vibration, and the vibration energy to the liquid emission. The ultrasonic transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic waves. The expression form is that the transducer in the longitudinal stretching back and forth motion, the amplitude is generally in a few microns. Such amplitude power density is not enough, it can not be used directly. The horn is designed to amplify the amplitude, isolate the reaction solution and the transducer, and also serve to anchor the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the horn, transferring the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, emitting the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.
Characteristics of Ultrasonic Reactors and Processors
1. Automatic resonance point and power control, no need to manually adjust energy frequently;
2. 99-hour process control timer, controls the total working time: from 1 second to 99 hours, suspends the current running task in real-time;
3. Automatic amplitude compensation ensures that the probe amplitude does not change due to load changes during the ultrasound process;
4. Easy to operate, menu operation, the instrument uses a LCD screen display, and all functions are displayed on the LCD screen.
5. It has over-temperature, delay, and fault protection, and has an independent over-temperature, delay, and fault alarm system, which effectively protects the test samples.
