1. Keep the working place of the equipment ventilated, dry and clean, which is conducive to long-term efficient operation of the equipment and optimization of the working environment conditions;

2. When the cleaning liquid is too dirty, it should be handled in time, and the dirt in the cleaning tank and liquid storage tank should be cleaned regularly to keep the cleaning tank and its appearance clean, which can improve the durability of the cleaning tank;

3. Keep the electrical control box and the air vent of the equipment away from water vapor, corrosive gas and dust, and clean the dust attached with compressed air regularly;

4. Test the insulation performance of the equipment regularly, check the aging electrical components regularly, check the grounding wire to ensure that the equipment is well grounded. This project should be carried out by an electrician with professional experience;

5. Test the power supply regularly to confirm that it meets the power supply voltage requirements of the equipment, and avoid long-term operation under unstable power supply that is too high or too low;

6. For equipment with filter device, replace the filter element regularly;

7 with transmission mechanism, according to the requirements of regular filling butter, oil and other lubricants, regular replacement of reducer gear oil, to ensure that the moving parts work under good lubrication conditions.

2. Always keep the machine clean and turn off the power when not in use;

4. The machine is not good for electronic components and circuits at high temperature, so we should stay away from heat source;

5. While keeping away from the heat source, we should also avoid putting the machine in a humid environment;

6. The continuous working time of the machine shall not exceed 4 hours. If the continuous working time is too long, the ultrasonic adjustment knob shall be rotated to "0", and the cooling fan shall continue to work, and the continuous cooling in the ultrasonic control cabinet shall be at least 2 minutes when the ultrasonic cleaning is not started;

7. After long running of ultrasonic cleaning machine, the power knob should be adjusted to zero before shutdown, and the fan should be shut down after working for 3 ~ 6 minutes to ensure that the internal heat of the ultrasonic generator power supply is dispersed;

8. The cleaning liquid should be precipitated, filtered or replaced in time to ensure the cleaning effect.

In order to make the system cleaning machine work normally for a long time, in addition to avoiding non-standard operation, but also regular maintenance and maintenance of the ultrasound cleaning machine, do the following aspects of work:
