Working principle:
1. The transducer converts the ultrasonic high-power oscillating signal into mechanical energy of the corresponding frequency, and applies it to the interface of the metal sheet to be welded, so that the joint of the metal sheet generates heat instantly, and then activates the particles in the metal lattice, so that the Molecules where the metal sheets meet are interpenetrated and welded together.
2. Ultrasonic Metal Spot Welder is a mechanical processing process, which converts high-frequency electric energy into mechanical vibration through the transducer device and acts on the workpiece, so that the surfaces of the workpieces in contact with each other generate high-frequency friction to generate heat and condense and weld.
