Why Does Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Transducer Heat?

1. There are impurities at the contact part with the screen frame
The transducer is installed in the middle of the screen frame, so that the ultrasonic wave can be evenly distributed on the screen surface. If too much material remains in the contact part during the reproduction process, the heat dissipation effect will be reduced, which will cause overheating. For this problem, users can clean the energy exchanger from time to time in the production process to ensure that there is no residual material at the contact part;
2. The transmission signal is abnormal due to the open circuit of the connecting line
The ultrasonic screening system is composed of a transducer and an ultrasonic power supply, which are connected by cables. If the cables are damaged, the transmission power will be abnormal, resulting in abnormal temperature of the transducer. For this problem, we can check the connecting wire before and after production. If it is damaged, please replace it immediately;
3. Ultrasonic power supply problem
If the ultrasonic power supply fails, the output power will be unstable. In the long run, the temperature of the transducer will be abnormal, which will affect the screening accuracy and output. When starting the ultrasonic power supply, please check the equipment in advance to ensure normal operation;
4. Power instability
Both vibrating screen and ultrasonic system need power to maintain operation, so if the power supply is unstable, it will also cause the problem of overheating of the transducer. Therefore, please regularly check the connecting cable during production to ensure the normal cable and the stability of power supply.
